Natucer’s shareholders -José Luis Boix, José Sos, Fernando Sos, José Cantavella, and Manolo Rubert- have made the decision to close a professional and business stage with the sale of the company to Pamesa Group.
This thoughtful and responsible decision stems from the desire to ensure the company’s continuity, growth, and future solidity within an internationally renowned ceramic group. From this moment on, Natucer is integrated into the Pamesa Group, maintaining its identity, its team, its facilities in Onda, and its specialized focus on extruded porcelain tiles.
With this agreement , Pamesa adds to its product line a highly established brand in the ceramic market, recognized for its history of more than thirty years and its strong specialization in extruded floor and wall tiles with a handcrafted look. Natucer has established itself as a referent in this type of product, characterized by its high added value, its meticulous aesthetics, and its ability to provide unique solutions for architectural and interior design projects.

A story built on innovation.
Founded in 1988 on the technological revolution in the ceramics industry, Natucer was focused on adapting rapid firing to the demanding extrusion process. In a context where producing an extruded tile could take up to 24 hours, the company revolutionized its process by adopting single-layer kilns and redesigning its clay blend.
Natucer has built a solid track record, earning major recognitions, including four Alfa de Oro awards received at Cevisama in 1993, 1998, 2015, and 2023. Additionally, in 2002, the company was a finalist in the 7th edition of the Prince Felipe Awards for Business Excellence, in the categories of Technological Innovation and Business Competitiveness.
Over the past year, the company has made a significant investment to support a strategic expansion, developing a 25,000 m² plot to transform it into a new warehouse and loading area.
As part of this evolution, Natucer recently began construction of a new building to house its showroom and offices. A modern, functional, and inspiring space that will not only enhance the experience of visitors but also reaffirms its commitment to continued growth with identity, design, and quality in every detail.

Thanks to those who made it possible.
We want to express our deepest and most sincere gratitude to everyone who has made this journey possible.
First and foremost, to our clients: without a doubt, the elite of the ceramic industry. Thank you for trusting us, for choosing a distinctive product, and for believing in extruded ceramics as a form of both technical and aesthetic expression.
Also, to everyone who is part of Natucer: a team of skilled professionals with great adaptability. Thank you for your dedication, loyalty, and continuous effort, which have been the foundation of our evolution and differentiation.
And of course, to our suppliers, collaborators, and technological and commercial partners, thank you for accompanying us with professionalism and trust.
A new stage with the same essence.
Natucer’s incorporation into the PAMESA Group allows us to look to the future with optimism, supported by a strong industrial structure and a solid international presence. This new chapter will be defined by the continuity of the entire team that has accompanied the brand over the years, all with extensive experience in the company and a deep knowledge of extruded products. This union not only ensures the preservation of what we have built, but also enables us to continue developing unique products with a true ceramic soul, now with more strength than ever.
Thank you for being part of this story. Natucer will move forward with the same passion.
