NATUCER has implemented a series of measures aimed at regulating and reducing noise, both outside and inside of the workplace.
As a result of these measures, the installations where the products are manufactured comply with the noise levels required by law.
NATUCER seeks strategies aimed at recycling all of the waste materials that can be reincorporated into the production process, avoiding the need to dump them.
For example, the calcined clay is obtained by recycling the fired waste from the step manufacturing process in our grinding plant.
Saving energy is a key factor in industrial processes, especially in the ceramic tile sector, as a significant part of the process requires considerable amounts of energy in the form of heat in order to manufacture the product.
This means it is important to reduce energy consumption to a maximum. An example of this is recycling the heat from the cooling zone of the kilns, which is channelled and used in the drying chambers.
This makes it possible to significantly reduce energy consumption.
NATUCER uses up to four filters in order to reduce emissions of solid particles into the atmosphere. Also, the particles trapped in these filters are re-used and converted into raw materials.
All of the emission points regularly undergo the corresponding regulatory controls in order to verify aspects such as air purity and quality.
Special attention should be drawn to the optimisation of the production process carried out at NATUCER, in order to minimise the production and accumulation of solid waste. Also, all of the waste materials that cannot be recycled are packaged, labelled and stored in the specially prepared storage areas in accordance with the different regulations that are applicable to each type.
The waste materials are then delivered to AUTHORISED WASTE HANDLERS who ensure that they are dealt with correctly.
At NATUCER we are aware of the importance of responsibly managing the natural resources used in industrial activities, especially water use. For this reason, special measures have been implemented aimed at efficient water use in our different processes.
These measures have led to specific actions, such as the re-use of 100% of the water used in the glazing lines into the production process, achieving ZERO WASTE.
